• Please arrive in time agreed. For Open class latecomers will not be allowed in. 

 

  • Old Town Yoga Lounge is a shoe and mobile free zone.

 

  • We recommend wearing loose, comfortable clothing for the classes. Please bring a warm pair of socks and a sweater for the final relaxation.

 

  • Try not to attend a class with a full stomach, hold off from food for at least 2-4 hours beforehand.

 

  • Please avoid perfume and other strongly-scented products before the class.

 

  • For any health conditions, please seek medical advice and let the teacher know upon registering for classes.
